An application for interim measures pursuant to rule 61 of the Tribunal`s rules was submitted by the appellant on 28 May 2004. The application was considered at a case management conference held on 2 June 2004. The application was dealt with by way of consent order without it being necessary for the Tribunal to make a ruling. The Tribunal made a further ruling concerning interim relief on 11 May 2005 (see [2005] CAT 19). A directions hearing took place on 24 October 2006 in case 1031, 1034, 1045 and 1046. At a hearing on 20 November 2006 a ruling was made varying the interim relief. A judgment on costs was handed down on 8 January 2007. On 2 February 2007 the Tribunal refused a request by Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal. On 9 April 2009 the Tribunal ordered that the interim Order of 20 November 2006 as continued by the Order of 18 December 2006) cease to have effect.
