Application for interim relief relating to a decision made by the Competition Commission ("CC") pursuant to the CC's Order of 23 April 2009 in respect of the Report on the acquisition of the Co-operative Group Limited's store at Uxbridge Road, Slough by Tesco plc dated 28 November 2007.

An application for interim relief was heard on 3 December 2009. On 4 December 2009, Judgment was handed down refusing the application for interim relief.
