Professor Colin Mayer

Biography:

Colin Mayer is the Peter Moores Professor of Management Studies and former Dean of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Professorial Fellow of Wadham College, Oxford. He is an Honorary Fellow of Oriel College, Oxford and St Anne’s College, Oxford and a Fellow of the European Corporate Governance Institute.  He has published widely on corporate accounting, finance, governance, regulation and taxation.
